PIANO DI AZIONE DI PHARAON PER IL COVID-19
Nell’ambito della pandemia Covid-19, il progetto Pharaon si è posto in prima linea per supportare la gestione dei pazienti così da alleviare la pressione sulle strutture pubblico/private.
Prendendo spunto dall’esperienza del sito pilota italiano e dal “deployment” dei servizi denominati “fast pilot” (https://umanapersone.it/fast-pilot-una-pronta-risposta-al-covid-19-dal-progetto-pharaon/) è stato redatto e distribuito alla Commissione Europea il “Pharaon Action Plan for Covid-19”. L’obiettivo dell’Action Plan è quello di rispondere a chiare esigenze legate all’emergenza Covid e sfruttare al meglio le risorse tecnologiche e organizzative messe a disposizione dal progetto Pharaon al fine di implementare servizi dedicati in specifiche regioni europee in base ai loro BISOGNI, REGOLAMENTAZIONE E PRIORITÀ DI SERVIZIO.
L’Action Plan vuole agire in modo coordinato con altre iniziative europee e task force della Commissione Europea per prevenire la diffusione del Covid – 19 e supportare i fornitori di servizi locali ed europei per ridurre l’impatto negativo sulla popolazione e sulle imprese.
In particolare, esso vuole promuovere un’interazione proattiva con la Task Force COVID-19 rappresentata da Commissione Europea e Regioni per:
- Offrire in tempi rapidi servizi di prevenzione e gestione dei malati Covid in diverse regioni europee secondo una strategia ben definita e basata su un paradigma chiaro e perseguibile; “PHARAON I5” ossia:
IDENTIFICARE: Identificare i bisogni di uno specifico territorio
COINVOLGERE: Coinvolgere gli attori chiave in base ai bisogni individuati
INFORMARE: Portare avanti una campagna di informazione presso tali attori e la popolazione sensu latu
IMPLEMENTARE: Implementare il servizio costituito sulla base dei feedbacks degli attori coinvolti e dei loro bisogni
IMPATTO: Valutarne l’impatto e quindi la capacità di dare una risposta ai bisogni espressi

PHARAON ACTION PLAN FOR COVID-19
In the Covid-19 pandemic context, the Pharaon project aims at being at the forefront for supporting patient management in order to relieve pressure on public / private facilities.
Taking a cue from the experience of the Italian pilot site and the “deployment” of the services called “fast pilot” (https://umanapersone.it/fast-pilot-una-pronta-risposta-al-covid-19-dal-progetto-pharaon/), the “Pharaon Action Plan for Covid-19” was drafted and shared with the European Commission.
The goal of the Action Plan is to respond to clear needs related to the Covid emergency and make the most of the technological and organizational resources made available by the Pharaon project in order to implement dedicated services in specific European regions according to their NEEDS, REGULATION AND SERVICE PRIORITIES.
The Action Plan aims to act in a coordinated manner with other European initiatives and the European Commission’s task force to prevent the Covid – 19 spread and to support local and European service providers to reduce the negative impact on the population and businesses.
In particular, it wants to promote a proactive interaction with the Covid-19 Task Force represented by the European Commission and Regions to:
Quickly offer Covid disease prevention and management services in various European regions according to a well-defined strategy based on a clear and actionable paradigm; “PHARAON I5”, meaning:
IDENTIFY: Identify the needs of a specific territory
INVOLVE: Involve key actors based on the identified needs
INFORM: Carry out an information campaign among these actors and the overall population
IMPLEMENT: Implement the designed service on the basis of feedback from the actors involved and their needs
IMPACT: Evaluate the impact and therefore the ability to respond to the needs expressed
