Il 24/07/20 sulla piattaforma Zoom si è tenuto il primo webinar del pilota italiano.

L’incontro era rivolto principalmente al mondo della cooperazione sociale e hanno partecipato circa 50 persone.

Durante il webinar il gruppo di coordinamento del pilot Italiano ha presentato il progetto Pharaon e il contesto europeo in cui è inserito, gli scenari attesi per l’Italia e le azioni pilota rapide messe in atto per rispondere all’emergenza Covid-19.

Durante il dibattito che è seguito alle diverse presentazioni e .che ha coinvolto i principali rappresentanti della cooperazione sociale sia a livello regionale che nazionale, è emersa la necessità di mantenere l’attenzione soprattutto sui seguenti temi:

• Open Innovation: per Pharaon è un aspetto centrale. Attraverso le attività di co-creazione vengono coinvolti tutti gli stakeholder, a vari livelli.

• Trasformazione digitale: Pharaon contribuisce alla realizzazione di questo percorso.

• Gestione e proprietà dei dati

• Livelli occupazionali: Pharaon presta molta attenzione alle problematiche derivanti dagli aspetti etico-legali, quindi questo è un ambito particolarmente curato.

• Definizione di nuovi modelli di servizio: tutto deve essere costruito, quindi il ruolo di Pharaon è fondamentale nella definizione di nuove regole all’interno dei servizi sociali.

The first webinar of the Italian pilot was held on 24/07/20 on the Zoom platform.

The meeting was aimed primarily at the world of social cooperation and around 50 people attended.

During the webinar the Italian Pilot Board has presented the Pharaon project and the European context in which it is inserted, the expected scenarios for Italy and the fast pilot actions put in place to respond to the Covid-19 emergency.

During the discussion that followed the various presentations and involved the main representatives of social cooperation both at regional and national level, the need has emerged to keep attention especially on the following topics:

• Open Innovation: for Pharaon it is a central aspect. Through co-creation activities all stakeholders are involved, at various levels.

• Digital transformation: Pharaon contributes to the implementation of this path.

• Data management and ownership

• Employment levels: Pharaon pay close attention to the problems deriving from the ethical-legal aspects, so this is an attentive topic.

• Definition of new service models: everything must be built, therefore Pharaon’s role is fundamental in defining new rules within social services.
